Yoto Player Review

Let me introduce you to one of our favorite family tools: The Yoto Player.

The Yoto Player is a screen-free way to listen to stories, songs, and podcasts. It also has features like an “okay to wake” clock, Bluetooth, stereo sound, and night light. It truly is a wonderful tool to have for ages 2-12!

I love how Yoto focuses on the stories and has an expansive library of classics and new stories that can capture Willow’s imagination. At the same time, she listens and plays right beside the story that is playing.

We were gifted the Yoto player two years ago when Willow was just a year and a half old and during these first young years, we focused on listening to music and the Make Your Own Cards. She is now three and a half and I can see the shift between just listening to music and being captivated by the story cards. It feels like such a great balance of both!

One of my favorite things is the Make Your Own cards. We fill it with song recordings from Jordan, close friends, and scriptures spoken by me and Jordan so Willow can hear the Word spoken over her.

We also enjoy the daily podcast which is so fun to listen to and interact with!

This blog is filled with helpful information on Make Your Own cards if you want to fill it with stories or podcasts!

I love how the Yoto grows with Willow; she’ll be able to use it for years since they have stories up to age twelve.

Since we’ve had the Yoto, they’ve actually released the Yoto Mini which is a wonderful on-the-go option that I recommend looking into, especially if you have multiple children who want to listen to different stories.

I can’t recommend the Yoto Player enough! I believe it would be a great fit for any family that desires to see stories come to life in their home!
